BSides Vancouver 2026

Ryan is a Principal Incident Response Consultant for Mandiant (Google Cloud). As part of the Incident Response team, he provides emergency services to clients when a security breach occurs. He also conducts purple teams, threat hunts, table top exercises, forensic investigations and customer compromise assessments. Ryan has extensive experience in enterprise security as an incident responder.
Ryan has worked in the security industry for over 16 years in both physical security and incident response. Ryan is also highly active in the security community, as a board member of the ISACA Vancouver Chapter, DC604, Vancitysec, and has held various positions with the Mainland Advanced Research Society (MARS), a non-profit that is best known for organizing the yearly BSides Vancouver Security Conference.
